Ramblings, just ramblings

What can I say that hasn't been said a million times over the time since Batman Begins came to the big screen until now? Nothing. There is nothing to say. I was a little scepticle about the re-invention of the whole series. After all, wasn't the original Batman good? Didn't it give us all hope that there would be a good future for comic book movies until they disappointed us with Batman Forever?

The success of BB has aleady lead to the signing of the cast for another movie and I assume the script is being generated as we speak. Sorry, all but Katie Holmes that is. Her acting, as discribed by Nolan, the director, was weak. " A more experienced actress would be better suited for the female role."
Christian Bale has signed to play the Caped Crusader again. I will say this, he is better than Clooney.
With greast innovation and a direct from the comic book approach, Batman Begins gives a great hope to the revitalation of a franchise that started the comic book movie revolution.

I thought the movie was great, and Christian Bale made a good Bruce Wayne and a fine Batman. I'm watching American Psycho right now, and continue to be impressed with his acting.

I'm glad that Katie Holmes won't be back, and it's not so much about her acting. I just don't think that Batman should have a semi-permanent love interest...
